Returns
- We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support via email [email protected], providing your order number and photos of the item (if applicable).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued in cash on delivery (COD) form, matching the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Items used or altered by the customer cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges for returns of defective or incorrect items will be borne by Tali Views.
- For returns not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
